rank colour update

hello.

i have updated something bether.

i have made a system that will work easyer.

you have a "image" crown or donator image at the post and not in the start theards and at the user online box

also you will have your image in chatbox.

for me that works bether.

also i removed all Global moderators and forum moderators.

so now we have does Staff ranks

- owner

- high administrator

- Administrators

- moderators (will also be moderators ingame)

Nice :p Good to know if some1 is wondering why the name has another color
